- Delivery times: 4-15 business days depending on your country.
- Customs duties & taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Dispatch & Tracking
- Orders ship within 1-3 business days (longer in peak periods).
- You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Our Policy
- Return within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- Full priced items: eligible for refund or exchange.
- Sale & promo items: exchange or credit note only (within 14 days).
- Return shipping is at your cost; replacement items ship free.

- Post your item back (we recommend tracked postage).
- Allow up to 7 business days after receipt for processing.
Refunds
- Processed back to your original payment method (or gift card if purchased with one).
- Please allow 1-3 business days after approval for funds to appear.
Exchanges
- To get your new size or style fast, we recommend placing a new order and sending your original back for refund.

We carefully check every piece, but if something slips through:
